At CareLink Transportation, we understand that transportation costs can be a barrier for many individuals in need of medical care and other services. That's why we accept Medicaid and insurance payments to make non-emergency transportation affordable and accessible for our customers.
Medicaid is a state-run program that provides medical insurance for eligible low-income individuals and families. Depending on the state, Medicaid may cover non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for its members. If you have Medicaid and need transportation to a medical appointment, procedure, or hospital, you may be able to use CareLink Transportation for these services.
To use CareLink Transportation with Medicaid, you will need to provide us with your Medicaid ID number and your appointment details. We will then verify your eligibility with your state's Medicaid program and schedule your transportation accordingly. Please note that not all Medicaid plans cover NEMT, so be sure to check with your plan before scheduling a ride with us.
