Many private health insurance plans also cover non-emergency transportation for medical appointments and procedures. If you have insurance through a private insurer, you may be able to use CareLink Transportation for these services.

To use CareLink Transportation with insurance, you will need to provide us with your insurance information and your appointment details. We will then verify your coverage and eligibility with your insurance provider and schedule your transportation accordingly. Please note that not all insurance plans cover NEMT, so be sure to check with your plan before scheduling a ride with us.
